Registration Forms shall be available at the School, during school working hours (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM) on all working days. 

Documents required to be submitted at the time of Admission –

1. Proof of residence (original and photocopy both)
   a.Adhaar Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of child)
   b.Residence Proof of child or of his/her parents.
2. Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation (original and photocopy both)
3. Aadhaar Card of the applicant.
4. Passport size photographs – 2 (Child) and 2 (Each parent)
5. Vaccination Card of the applicant- Basic Immunization 
6. School Leaving Certificate - Class II Onwards

Note:- It is mandatory for both the parents to be present at the school along with their ward at the time of completion of Admission formalities.
